• Organizations that are established music programs or music schools 

• Outstanding Individuals pursuing musical projects not necessarily associated with an established music school might also be considered at the committee's sole discretion

Residency Requirements

• Institutional applicants must be located, individual applicants must reside, and/or  student applicants must be attending a musical education program, within a roughly 50-mile radius of Tulsa, Oklahoma.  For the avoidance of doubt, the 50-mile radius  fully includes the communities of Bartlesville, Pawhuska, Nowata, Pryor, and Muskogee.
